Hi SandyB. I 8767 m Crystal, a Nutrition Moderator on . I searched the website and the only thing I found was Dr Greger 8767 s answer to the question: Is hempseed oil beneficial to adults with eczema?
I share your frustration with the current comment system. You can see more about this topic in my reply to WFPBRunner above.
I 8767 ve not had your problem but given the limited location of your hives, my thoughts are that you have a contact dermatitis. That you are experiencing an allergy either to a familiar personal care product, or to something that 8767 s coming in contact with those areas. Do you own a pet, which could be wearing a flea collar or insecticide, or running thru vegetation picking up pollen, lawn chemicals, etc?
Thea, I have read with great sadness, the news of your retirement as moderator.
Thank you for your insightful, concise, intelligent, kindly put observations.
May the universe bless you with all good things on your journey through life. Thank you for touching mine.
Thank you so much Thea for all you 8767 ve done. I 8767 ve learned a ton reading your clarifications and comments for many posts. If life did not offer us so much to do, I could spend days on end just watching the videos and reading through the comments. Best to you for your future endeavors. -Denise Rose, 6/7 of the Happy Vegan Couple.
How do Hemp hearts compare with Chia & Flax seeds?
Especially regarding their proposed properties for cholesterol and blood pressure reduction?
Are there any other exclusive benefits that Hemp hearts might have?

Thea, we will miss you!!! Your contributions have been so valuable, and I am one of the multitude who will be forever grateful. Best wishes to you in all your future endeavors!
Everywhere on the internet it recommends men stay away from Flax seed due to it’s testosterone lowing effects. It seems to go hand in hand with the recommendations for avoiding soy for the same reasons.
Thank you for asking! Yes, you may share this. As long as it 8767 s clear that the video is from (if you could provide a link back to this site, that is perfect), and it 8767 s not used for the generation of for-profit money, then you may share! :) Thanks!
